I was leary of the new Samsung Galaxy Nexus after my horrible experience with the Samsung Droid Charge. I had 2 friends who got the Samsung Galaxy S II and like them alot. I have been very happy with my Motorola Xoom tablet from Verizon and the Honeycomb interface. My favorite part is that the tablet synchronizes bookmarks automatically with my Google Chrome on my computer. This was a huge reason why I wanted a phone with Ice Cream Sandwich.
I have owned my Samsung Galaxy Nexus for 3 weeks now, so here is my review.
THE GOOD:
1 - Voice to text is awesome! I love how it types as you talk and underlines words that it believes might have been misunderstood. When you touch the word, it gives you choices of words it thought you said. I wish I could do that with my tablet. Come on Ice Cream Sandwich update for the Xoom.
2 - Bookmarks are synchronized with my computer's Google Chrome. The bookmark widget is very cool although it is a little slow at first touch.
3 - Folders, folders, folders.... By placing an app on top of another on a screen, it will automatically create a new folder that you can name. It is possible to create folders on the launcher at the bottom of the screen. I wish I could do that with my tablet. Come on Ice Cream Sandwich update for the Xoom.
4 - Gmail got a facelift on the mobile app which makes it easier to use like the Honeycomb version.

5 - Youtube application is more like a desktop as you can edit playlist. I wish I could do that with my tablet. Come on Ice Cream Sandwich update for the Xoom.
THE BAD:
1 - Bluetooth is horrible. Streaming music works good most of the time. The sound for the phone is very bad. It sounds like you have a bad connection when you are connected to a separate device for streaming music. I have read that the Bluetooth will be improved with the next update to 4.0.3.
2 - Facebook contacts don't sync! I loved this feature with past phones and have been disappointed that I cannot use it yet. I understand that Google wants to push Google Plus, but I don't think this manner is right. I read that it will be fixed in the next update also.
Overall I love the Samsung Galaxy Nexus. I considered taking it back for the little issues and get a Motorola Razr Maxx. Even with a bigger battery, the Motorola is not going to be that much better than the Samsung. And I have Ice Cream Sandwich now without a funky downloaded version filled with issues.
