Apps, apps and more apps! These days we spend more time looking for a new cool app for our phone than most people do cooking. My Samsung Galaxy Nexus is great and unlike my old Samsung Droid Charge, this phone has a notification light.
I read an article in my Google Current Weather app that was discussing Light Flow specially for the Samsung Galaxy Nexus. Light Flow allows you to change the color of the notification based on which app received a notice.
And those who believe that the more apps you have, the faster your battery life disappears. So I decided I didn't need to waste my battery and I un-installed Light Flow.
The funny thing is that the notification light still appears in different colors even though Light Flow is the not installed.
