Is Dr Oz a Doctor of Medicine?

People watch television everyday and some watch it for news. Some believe everything on TV and may are paranoid from it. Today I find this interesting article on MSN Health and Fitness about Dr. Oz's favorite diet pill being a hoax.

I feel this makes me a victim as I have purchased different dietary supplements from GNC that were described as having this green tea extract.

This reminds me when some people swear by getting the flu shot every year. A close friend who works in the largest hospital in Orlando told me that there are different strains of the flu virus that they give shots for every year. He continued to tell me that people were coming to the hospital infected with a different strain than what was given in this past Fall's shots. He agreed with me that the flu shot will not prevent the common cold.

I have not had the flu or a common cold in quite a while and hope this doesn't jinx me.
