Review: Samsung Tabpro S

I was so happy to see this device as it has twice the storage and twice the memory than the first
version so I thought I would give it a try.

The Good:  I really like that it doesn't have a fan to make extra noise. The included keyboard included automatically connecting when placing the tablet edge close enough for the magnet to bring them together is a huge plus.

My Goal:  I was expecting to be able to replace my laptop and my tablet with it.

My Expectations:  It is a nice size and nearly identical in size to my old Samsung Note Pro. That size feels almost twice as big as my Samsung Tab S2 so it feels too big compared to the very slip Android tablet.
Disappointed:  The stylus not coming with it along with the poor tablet mode functionality made me miss my Note Pro even more. The multiport adapter was on sale when I purchased this Samsung TabPro S which allowed me to connect to my monitor and USB hub as I did with my laptop and use my keyboard and mouse. This tablet is under-powered compared to my laptop with and i7 and 12GB of RAM. I have multiple tabs open and found the images disappeared and the performance was marginal like I have experienced with prior Surface tablets prior.

Conclusion:  This is a great laptop replacement, but the mobile processor limits it from being a top notch performer even though it has the RAM of a top performer. I did expect much more, but maybe I should not have since Samsung is not using their own mobile processor.
