I love my Samsung Galaxy Nexus and know that the WiFi Motorola Xoom tablet was the first to receive the update to Ice Cream Sandwich. I wish my Verizon Motorola Xoom tablet would receive the update soon. I did check out the new Asus Transformer Prime yesterday at Best Buy and it looked good.
The Asus Transformer Prime is impressive as it is much thinner and has some cool widgets. It also has a quad core processor, but I don't see the purpose of a faster processor as I haven't had many issues with Android devices other than the Samsung Droid Charge with its many problems. Asus is going through an issue of it's own with their poor choice of name imposing on Hasbro's Transformers.
What I don’t understand is why it is taking so long for the Motorola Razr to get updated to Gingerbread. I did check out a Motorola Droid 2 recently and was quite impressed with the speed of the older device. I probably would have bought the Razr if it had Ice Cream Sandwich on it.
