Game 6 of the 2011 World Series was awesome! The Cardinals pulled it out due to timely hitting. We kept watching even with 2 outs and 2 strikes because we couldn't believe it was over. And it wasn't!
Albert Pujos is the best hitter in baseball and it made sense to walk him with a open base. The problem was the hitter behind him, Lance Berkman has been on fire through the whole series. Yet the Rangers would prefer not to pitch to him.
In game 7, the Rangers will have to pitch to Pujos or it will be a repeat of game 6. That is why I look for Pujos to have a big game 7. The heart of the Cards lineup has created some fear to pitch to in that they will pitch to them and will get burned by one of them doing it.
