Formerly known as Ron Artest changed his name to Metta World Peace. The first thing I thought was this guy is really dumb. But after hearing his new name being called, it is beautiful and makes sense. So let's expand on it...
The Los Angeles Lakers are the only team that can say they have a contract with World Peace. Every time he does something good, the announcement will be for World Peace. World Peace has great defense. There will be a record announcement for World Peace this season. It was so cool to hear the announcer say "Metta World (starts screaming as he is dunking the basketball) PEACE!"
